AIMCMR was established by the renown film maker late Sailadhar Baruah with the objective of training good journalists and researchers in
the field of media. We are aiming to take them forward not only training students academically but also giving them practical skill along
with lesions on professionalism, ethics and social consciousness. AIMCR faculty and the management commit themselves to pursuit of this
goal. We pay special attention to socio-economically weaker section. We are trying to raise funds to support such students. This is a
non-profit institute dedicated to professional ethics.
We appeal to the conscious citizens of Assam to help us in this endeavour.
